Processing

The formal recruiting process starts once the employer issues the worker’s demand documents on the name of Asiatic Overseas. The following papers should be issued by employer on the name of Asiatic Overseas.

Documents Required

The following original documents are required for recruitment from India:

  • Demand Letter
  • Power Of Attorney
  • Agency Agreement
  • Guarantee Letter
  • Employment Agreement

Note:    The original papers should be printed in employer’s letterhead and should be attested from the Chamber of Commerce and nearest embassy of India. Sample of above papers will be available on request.

Authorization of Documents

On the receipt of original documents, we approach the Department of Overseas Employment (DOE), Govt. of India (GoI), MEA for permission. The department may contact you directly to verify these documents. On such occasions, we kindly request you for your co-operation in verification process.

Final Labor Approval

On receipt ofthe visas (in some cases Labor Department asks for original visa of workers), Asiatic Overseas will submit the necessary documents to Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Protector General of Emigrates (PGoE) in order to recruit the Indian worker for the Foreign Employment. As per rule of PGoE, we are allowed for Final Labour Approval only 15 days after the authorization/verification of documents.

Travel Arrangements

After confirmation of air tickets, we provide flight details of workers to employers.

In addition to providing technical training, Asiatic Overseas also conducts routine orientation programs to facilitate accurate information flow to the workers going overseas. The Training center has specialized training divisions for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Metal Works trade. In addition, the training includes specialized trainings for the hospitality & hospitality industry. The trainers are veterans with extensive experience and familiarity with the modern construction, engineering, and fabrication systems & such affiliated fields.

Medical Test Center

Medical Fitness is one of the key qualifiers for anyone seeking employment overseas. Taking into consideration the strict and mandatory medical test requirements in most GCC countries, Asiatic Overseas been setup inside the premises of company to deliver a quick and reliable quality testing. We have strong tie up with MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) PGE (Protector General of Emigration) OE (Overseas Employment) who approves medical centers equipped with modern pathology laboratory and a sophisticated X-ray service. Candidates seeking overseas employment undergo variety of medical tests including Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis, Pulmonary & respiratory disorders, etc. at medical center.

Asiatic Overseas conducts orientation classes of selected workers with the help of Indian Govt. approved orientation centers equipped with modern facilities such as hi-tech Audio Visual and office automation system to facilitate ameaningful orientation prior to the workers deploymentoverseas. Finally, we hand over to them their all the documents (original passport, air ticket, employment agreement etc.) With our best wishes, workers leave to the airport for their overseas destination.
